XMG is seeking a Data Jockey to lead our Analytics efforts, with a goal of improving monetization across all of our games. This is a high-impact job, reserved for only superstars who are self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence.

This position is located in Toronto, Canada. Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Job Description

  • Lead Analytics efforts
  • Create reports with key performance metrics for management team
  • Design statistical models for in-depth analysis
  • Devise strategies to improve monetization
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends
  • Collaborate with development team
  • Compensation will be weighted towards equity in XMG

Requirements

  • Extremely motivated, self-starter, with a passion for video games and statistical analysis
  • 1-2 years Analytics/Monetization experience with a social games or technology company and a proven track record
  • Advanced Excel and SQL experience
  • Knowledge of Freemium model
  • Educational background in Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
