The Opportunity
In this role you will manage, maintain and repair all local information technology solutions in the office. You will also be responsible for internal user support on Mac platforms, diagnosing software and hardware problems.
Job Description
- Configure, troubleshoot and provide hands on and direct hardware and software support for computers and printers
- Participate in execution of local infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Participate in remote/virtual teams on special projects and assignments
- Provide end-user support/training on new and existing applications
- Document and formalize IT processes for XMG Studio.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, in an IT discipline
- Experience with network devices, switches, printers, servers, cabling, network/server/cabling monitoring tools
- Must have excellent written and oral
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexibility, energy and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Consistent, timely delivery of high quality work and strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
