Cannon Cadets Acceptable Use Policy

XMG Studio is dedicated to developing and maintaining a friendly online community, where members can feel comfortable sharing and accessing user generated levels for the game Cannon Cadets. Like any community, the Cannon Cadets Academy Community Forum (the “Community”) has certain standards. When members join our forums, they agree to abide by the following rules.  This AUP may be updated by XMG Studio from time to time and your continued participation in our forums constitutes acceptance of such changes.  Any updates to the AUP will be posted at www.xmgstudio.com/cannon_cadets/policy.

• To remain a part of the Community, members must be considerate (including, but not limited to, refraining from posting content or materials that are harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or generally unlawful) to others.  Violations of these standards may result in a member being barred from entry or participation in the Community.  XMG Studio reserves the right to remove any content or material that violates these standards.
• Please choose a username that will not offend or be considered obscene, indecent or abusive to others or impersonates any person or entity, including an XMG Studio official. We reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to automatically change your username if it is deemed unacceptable.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password.
• You agree not to post any content that violates any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.   Any material protected by third party copyright may not be posted in the Community without the expressed permission of the author or owner of the copyright of that material.  You agree to indemnify XMG Studio, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and directors, from all claims, losses, demands and other liabilities which arise from any material or content you post that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
• XMG Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of the Community and to delete or remove any user content from the site and to deny the access of any member to all part of this site, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.  XMG Studio may, but has no obligation to, monitor the content or posting submitted to the Community by its members.
• All user-generated levels (“User Levels”) submitted to the Community become the property of XMG Studio and may be redistributed in whole or in part in Cannon Cadets or in another XMG property.  By submitting User Levels to the Community, you hereby agree to assign and transfer all right, and title to the User Level to XMG Studio.
• XMG may use such User Levels in marketing and promotional activities, as well as incorporated into Cannon Cadets game itself with or without the user’s username and with no additional compensation to you.
• In no event will XMG Studio be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Community.
• XGM’s policy with respect to the collection and use of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy, which can be accessed at www.xmgstudio.com/privacy.  By accepting this Policy, you acknowledge and consent to our privacy policy.
